荧光素酯的合成及对红豆杉细胞的染色作用

摘    要:以荧光素为原料,分别和丙烯酸、2-丁烯酸及-2-甲基-2-戊烯酸反应,合成了荧光素的二丙烯酸酯、二-2-丁烯酸酯和二-2-甲基-2-戊烯酸酯,收率分别为63.64%、65.23%和71.25%。并用它们对红豆杉植物细胞进行了染色研究,发现荧光素二-2-丁烯酸酯的生物荧光活性要好于荧光素的二丙烯酸及二-2-甲基-2-戊烯酸酯。

Abstract:Fluorescein diacrylate,di-2-butenoate and di-2-methyl-2-pentenoate were prepared from fluorescein and acrylic acid,2-butenoic acid and 2-methyl-2-pentenoic acid in 63.64%,65.23% and 71.25% yield respectively.They were applied in dyeing yew cells.The results show that the biological fluorescent activity of fluorescein di-2-butenoate is better than those of diacrylate and di-2-methyl-2-pentenoate.
