摘    要:介绍了济南钢铁集团总公司于2007年2月5日起进行的增加气煤、气肥煤配量、降低配煤成本的工业试验情况。试验结果表明:试验前后,焦炭冷态数据保持稳定,其粒度分布保持原有水平且有向好的趋势;灰分、硫分稳定;热态数据变化不明显,有劣化趋势;煤气发生量增加。焦炭质量水平的整体变化对高炉影响不明显,能满足高炉要求。

Abstract:To reduce blending cost and consume more gas coal and gas-fat coal produced from Shandong province,and thereby to increase the production of BF gas,ease the shortage of coke oven gas,Jinan Iron and Steel Company carried out an industrial experiment on Feb.5,2007.The result shows that before and after the test,the cold parameters of coke remain stable and the grain distribution remains usual,and tends to be even better.The dust and sulfur contents are also stable,and the hot parameters do not have an evident change and tends to be worse.In the mean time,the gas yield increases.The change of coke quality does not remarkably affect the BF and can meet the requirement of BF.
