基于虚拟现实建模语言的协同设计实时性优化技术研究

摘    要:基于虚拟现实建模语言的产品数据模型,可满足协同设计中快速网络传输、跨计算机辅助设计系统和跨平台的要求。对协同设计过程中几个主要阶段设计了相应的优化技术,即设计操作独立化、传输操作参数化、传输模型最优化,显著提高了虚拟现实建模语言模型协同设计的实时性。基于以上优化技术,开发了虚拟现实建模语言环境下的协同设计支持系统——基于虚拟现实建模语言的虚拟装配系统。最后,给出了该系统的应用实例。

Abstract:Virtual Reality Modeling Language(VRML) model could satisfy requirements in collaborative design such as fast transmission over Internet,cross-platform,and cross-CAD systems.To remarkably enhance the feasibility of real-time performance of VRML model in collaborative design,optimization technologies were proposed correspondingly towards each phase of collaborative design,which were independent design,parametric transmission,optimal model transmission.Based on these optimization technologies,a VRML-based collaborative design support system called VIAVRML was developed.Finally,the application example was provided to demonstrate the improvements in real-time performance.
