| Abstract: | This paper introduces the significance of information and communication technology (ICT) in the research of power communication system. It analyses the present situation and application of 3G/4G wireless communication system, and introduces their applications in power system, such as in emergency communication, distribution automation, wireless video access and smart grid. The security issues when wireless communication technology is applied in ICT network are also discussed in the paper. |
