发电权转让交易是电力市场体系中的重要组成部分。发电权转让交易是随着电力市场改革的不断深入,社会环保意识的不断加强以及对资源合理有效配置的不断需求而逐步被重视的一种市场模式,该模式的运作方法对电力系统能源优化和电力市场的经济性运营有着重要的影响,其运作机制以及交易的具体实施方法还有待进一步的深入研究。文章运用博弈论对发电权转让交易中的转让方、购买方和交易双方的商业操作行为分别进行了研究,并根据各自的特点进行了相关的分析,提出了电力市场下发电权转让交易模式的建议。

Research of Game Theory in Generation Rights Trade

Generation rights trade is an important part of the power market system.With the development of the power market reformation,social consciousness of protecting environment and optimizing power resource,generation rights trade attracts more and more attention.To be a market mode,its operation is very important to optimal using method in power resource and effective operation in power market.Operation mode still need to be investigated.We use the game theory in each side for researching their trade operations,prosecute relevant analysis based on each characteristic and propose some valuable suggestions in the paper.
