| 摘 要： | 主要探讨了俄罗斯寡头兴起的原因,概述了其兴起的过程。认为俄罗斯寡头的兴起有三个方面的原因,也是寡头们兴起的三个基本阶段:戈尔巴乔夫的改革和寡头们的个人因素;新俄罗斯的经济变革;贷换股计划。通过这三个阶段,寡头们不仅控制了俄罗斯的经济,更左右了国家的政治甚至最高权力的归属。

| Abstract: | the article generally discussed the reasons and the way about the rise of new Russia' oligarchs.The article believed that there are three aspects of reasons also three basic steps about it: the reform of former Soviet Union and the oligarchs' born;the economic reform of new Russia;convertible loan scheme.Though these steps,oligarchs not only controlled Russia' economy but impacted the country' politics even the attribution of the supreme power. |
