立体停车设备钢结构优化设计

摘    要:自动化立体停车设备的钢结构框架及载车板起着支撑停放车辆载荷和分担提升机构载荷的重要作用.本文以停车设备钢结构框架及载车板为研究对象,建立了受力模型,并运用有限元法,对立体停车设备的4种工况进行了受力分析和结构优化设计研究,使其结构更加合理.框架及载车板满足设计要求,优化设计是可行的、成功的.优化后的结构重量降低30%左右.

Abstract:As the most important parts of CPE(Car Parking Equipment),the SSF(Steel Structure Framework) and the CCB(Car Carrying Board) play the role of upholding and upgrading the car's load Taking the SSF and the CCB as the object of study,the paper established the stress model by the method of finite element make the stress analysis and optimize the structure under four different working conditions.The structural designs of CCB and CPE based on the optimized results satisfy the needs of design and 30% of the SSF weight is reduced,which indicates the optimized design is feasible and valid.
