| 摘 要： | 针对色选机滑槽的特殊表面抛光工艺,设计了一台专用抛光机床.该机床可实现对滑槽复杂表面的高精度抛光加工,满足色选机的生产和研制需要.解决了滑槽在高精度机械抛光加工中遇到的超大行程、刀具(抛光轮)的选取、工件变形、定位夹紧等技术和工艺问题.在生产应用中,创造了很高的经济效益.
