多功能气动电子教学实验平台设计及其实现

摘    要:多功能气动电子教学实验平台是以可编程序控制器(PLC)为控制单元的气动电子实验系统。针对原有全气动系统复杂的硬件结构和信号传递过程,引入了顺序控制思想,以顺序控制器作为系统的控制核心,构成了气动系统电子技术、计算机技术相结合的多功能气动电子教学实验平台。研究结果表明,实验平台简化了气动系统结构,易于维护。同时,该平台便于学生进行多种实验操作,缩短了实验的准备时间,免除了实验时手工记录等工作量。

Abstract:Multi-functional pneumatic e-learning experimental platform is based on PLC control unit for the pneumatic system of electronic experiments. Aiming at the original all-pneumatic system for complex hardware structure and signal transmission, the sequential control of thought was introduced. The order controller as the core of the control system, combined with electronic technology and computer technology, the multi-functional electronic pneumatic teaching experimental platform was constituted. The results indicate that the experimental platform simplifies the complex structure of the pneumatic system and is easy to maintain. At the same time, students can facilitate do a wide range of experimental operation, shorten the experiment time, and remove the workload of manual records, etc..
