摘    要:通过对企业人力资源管理初探,说明随着宏观经济的改善,企业经济的发展,"重视人才,以人为本"的观念已被广泛接受,人才也已成为企业确立竞争优势,把握发展机遇的关键.企业要发展,对于人力资源,要因地制宜地制定相应的人才策略,并在实际中不断改进和完善.

Abstract:Through the primary discussion on enterprise human resource management, the conclusion that with the improvement of macro-economy and the development of enterprise economy, the idea of 'valuing the talented personnel and making people the center' has already extensively accepted, the talented personnel have been becoming a key point for enterprises to establish competitive advantage and hold opportunities of development, and in order to be developed, an enterprise should, combining with local actual conditions, work out corresponding talent policy, which should be uninterruptedly modified and improved in practice is got in this paper.
