ZnO一维纳米材料的研究进展

摘    要:ZnO一维纳米材料结合ZnO本体性能和纳米尺度效应而具有独特的电、光、磁、机械等性质,在微电子器件和光电器件等领域有广泛的应用前景。综述和分析了ZnO一维纳米材料的最新研究进展,介绍了材料的制备方法、性质和应用前景。

Abstract:Combining ZnO performances and nanoscale affect,ZnO one-dimensional nanomaterials have particular properties in electrics,optics,magnetics,mechanism,etc.,and have widely applications in areas of microelectronics and photoelectricity.In this paper,research progress of ZnO one-dimensional nanomaterials was introduced,and their preparation methods,properties and application prospects were discussed.
