| 摘 要： | 通过理论分析和试验结合对电牵引采煤机摇臂减速箱发热问题进行了计算分析,提出齿轮搅油简化计算模型,得到影响油液温升的主要因素,并指出了今后研究摇臂发热问题的重点和发展方向,为正确合理地设计采煤机摇臂减速箱提供了理论支持。

| Abstract: | Through theoretical analysis and experimental combination of reduction gear-box of electrical haulage shearer rocker arm calculated heat problem analysis,put forward the gear stirring oil to simplify the calculation model,obtain a major factor to the impact of oil temperature rise,pointed out that future research focus on the problem of fever and direction,and provide a theoretical support for the right reasonably design to reduction gear-box of electrical haulage shearer rocker arms. |
