磁流体密封优化设计及其实验研究

摘    要:根据磁流体密封设计目标,在对磁流体密封装置密封能力与结构参数间关系及结构参数间匹配关系研究的基础上,给出了磁流体密封材料优选、结构优化和参数优化三个方面构设计方法,并对设计方法进行了实验验证。测试结果表明,优化结构的性能大大优于根据经验设计的普通密封装置,实现了压力冗余量小、动密封性能稳定、重量轻、尺寸小和低漏磁的设计.与根据经验设计的普通密封结构相比,在相同密封能力下,质量下降了57.1%、尺寸缩小了56%、漏磁下降了78.5%,为航空航天等应用背景下的密封设计提供了重要依据。

Abstract:Follow the design objection of magnetic fluid seal, base on the research of the relation between seal capacity and structural parameters and the match between structural parameters, an optimal magnetic fluid seal is designed by material selection, structural optimization and parameter optimization. The quality of the seal is tested by experiment. The results show that the quality of the optimal seal is better than the normal designed by experience about accurate seal capacity, robust dynamic quality, low weight, compact structure and low magnetic leakage. To contrast with the normal seal, the optimal ratio of optimal seal is more than fifty percent, and it is very important for space application.
