摘    要:为满足中亚天然气管道C线工程对管道焊接质量的要求,本文以中亚天然气管道C线工程为例,采用CRC内焊机打底+CRC P260外焊机热焊+CRC P600双焊枪焊接系统填充盖面的工艺方法,对X80钢进行了焊接工艺实验,并对焊接接头的力学性能和宏观金相进行了评定。实验结果表明,采用CRC管道全自动焊系统焊接的焊缝,外观整齐、均匀,无任何分解裂纹、未焊透、烧穿等缺陷,焊缝有咬边现象,但均未超标,符合API1104—2005标准,选定的焊接工艺完全能够满足现场自动焊施工的技术要求。该工艺已应用于中亚天然气管道C线工程,并取得了良好的焊接效果。

Abstract:Taking CRC automatic welding technology used in Central-Asia Natural-Gas pipeline C line engi- neering as the research object, the pipeline steel was welded under the selected welding technical parameters, and mechanical properties and macro-microstrueture of the joints were tested. The testing results show that the welding procedure is appropriate, and the joint's performance can meet the requirements of standard API 1104-2005. Finally, the technical points of the CRC field welding and the economic benefits were analyzed. This technology is currently being applied to the Central-Asia Natural-Gas pipeline C line engineering and has got good welding quality.
