氨合成反应不佳的原因分析及对策

摘    要:KBR卧式氨合成塔在运行中,氨合成反应曾出现过2次床温骤降造成合成塔垮温的情况,多次出现回路压力上升、循环量增大、压缩机蒸汽耗量增加等反映氨合成反应不佳的现象.分析其各种可能的原因,并通过在开停车、正常运行以及工况异常时采取的不同对策措施,保证氨合成反应的良好运行状态.

Abstract:During operatioh of KBR horizontal synthetic convertor, the rapid temperature drop happened twice, causing the temperature jump in the converter. Cases that reflect the unfit ammonia synthetic condition occurred for many times, such as pressure increase in the loop, increased circulating volume, and compressor steam consumption increase. After analyzing various possible reasons, solutions were given to assure the ammonia synthetic reaction in good condition, optimized monitor during normal operation, and finding a such as strict control during startup and shutdown, window to increase temperature when unfit condition appears.
