摘    要:为了解决多个电阻炉的温度群控问题,本文采用工控机和RS-485总线,设计了主从分布式电阻炉温度群控系统,主站负责监控管理,从站负责电阻炉温度的采集和控制。系统通过RS-485总线将研华通信模块、模拟量输入模块、模拟量输出模块连接在一起,结合组态王6.55实现电阻炉温度的采集与监控。系统实际运行表明,各设备兼容性良好,运行稳定,操作简单。该系统在工业温控领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:In order to solve the multiple resistance furnace temperature group control problem, using IPC and RS- 485 bus, this paper designs the master-slave distributed group of resistance furnace temperature control system, whereas the master station is responsible for monitoring and management, while the slave station is responsible for resistance furnace temperature acquisition and control. The system connects Ad- vantech communication module, analog input module, analog output modules together via RS- 485 bus, combined with the KingView6.55 to achieve the collection and monitoringofthe resistance furnace tempera- ture. Practical running shows that the system is of good equipment compatibility, stable running, and simple operation. So, the system has a wide application prospect in the field of industrial temperature control.
