基于Pro/E的CAPP零件特征提取方法研究

摘    要:针对计算机辅助工艺过程设计系统存在的零件信息描述不完整,且相对复杂等问题,本文以特征为载体,对系统中零件加工信息的提取方法进行研究。采用特征技术对零件信息进行分类,并描述Pro/E平台中的设计特征和造型方法,给出了Pro/E二次开发的步骤和方法,同时基于二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit和VS2008程序设计软件,开发了零件特征提取模块,设计了源代码,以树的形式将信息输出,得到零件的加工信息模型,并以轴类零件为例进行具体说明。该方法实现了零件特征的提出,为后续计算机辅助工艺过程设计系统的研究提供了相应信息。

Abstract:There are many problems in current Computer Aided Process Planning systems, including that the parts information is not complete and the system is very complex. This paper uses the feature to re- search the method of getting the information from the model. It classifies the model information using fea- ture technology, and introduces the method on Pro/E platform and the steps of the secondary development on Pro/E. It also designs the application program on Pro/Toolkit and VS2008. Finally, it gets the information model in the way of a tree and gives an example on axis model. This paper provides the information for the CAPP system.
