基于HyperWorks的FSAE赛车排气系统模态分析

摘    要:为防止赛车的排气系统在发动机的激励下发生共振,本文采用CATIA三维建模软件建立排气系统模型,将排气系统的三维模型导入HyperWorks软件中进行网格划分,并采用HyperWorks软件的Optistruct模块对赛车的排气系统进行模态分析,获得排气系统在模态下的固有频率和振型。分析结果表明,排气系统的固有频率能够避开发动机的激励频率范围,可以避免赛车排气系统共振现象的发生,而且有利于降低汽车的噪音和振动,可以满足设计要求。该研究为赛车排气系统的优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to prevent the exhaust system occurring resonance under the stimulus of the engine in this paper, the three-dimensional model of exhaust system is established by the software of CATIA, mes- hing by HyperWorks software, using Optistruct module of HyperWorks software for modal analysis. The modal analysis of exhaust system is carried out to obtain the respective modal natural frequency and vibra tion mode. The results show that the natural frequency of the exhaust system can avoid the excitation fre- quency range of engine,avoid the resonance of the exhaust system, benefit to reduce the noise and vibration of the car, and meet the requirements of design.
