摘    要:介绍华鲁恒升年产30万吨低压氨合成装置的系统压力选择、合成塔特点、余热利用、流程特点等内容,并对氨冷冻系统、合成气压缩、弛放气净氨系统等环节进行总结,为类似装置的优化设计和建设提供可靠的依据。

Abstract:This is a review about 300 kt/a low pressure ammonia synthesis plant engineering design for Hualu Hengsheng Co. Ltd., including the selection of systematic pressure, characteristics of convertor, waste heat recovery, and process flow. The ammonia refrigeration unit, ammonia compressor, and purge gas ammonia purification system were summarized, which would provide a reference for similar plants in engineering design and construction.
