LabVIEW环境下定容燃烧弹数据采集系统研究

摘    要:为了精准控制定容燃烧弹的点火和数据采集,本文参考汽车点火系统,利用固态继电器等电子元件,设计了定容燃烧弹的点火控制电路,并利用PCI-1712L数据采集卡等硬件设备,设计了定容燃烧弹数据采集控制虚拟仪器系统,同时采用LabVIEW软件编写了数据采集控制系统程序。经过实验证明,该控制系统能控制定容燃烧弹的点火,调节点火电能量,实现模拟燃烧过程的数据采集、信号波形显示、数据储存等功能。该研究实验过程简便,数据更精准,为内燃机的模拟燃烧实验奠定了理论基础。

Research of Data Collection System of the Constant Volume Combustion Bomb Based on LabVIEW Environment

Abstract:In order to control the ignition and data acquisition of the constant volume combustion bomb precisely, referring to the ignition system of the car and using solid state relays and other electronic components, the ignition control circuit of constant volume combustion bomb is designed. Meanwhile, using the data acquisition card of PCI- 1712L and other hardware equipment, the virtual instrument of data acquisition and control system of the constant volume combustion bomb is designed, and then the data acquisition and control system program is written by the software of LabVIEW. After proving by the experiment, the system can control the ignition of constant volume combustion bomb, adjust the power of ignition, realize the data acquisition, waveform display, data storage and other functions of the process of combustion. The process of the research is simple and the data of it is more accurate, and it establishes the theoretical foun- dation for simulation of experiment of the engine combustion.
