摘    要:随着商品浆价格的上涨,造纸企业利润空间大幅缩小。同时,铜版纸新产能大幅释放,导致市场竞争更加激烈。如何使用廉价的浆料生产高质量的铜版纸成为造纸企业关注的热点,尤其是如何在当今的困难时期解决铜版纸印刷后折页爆裂问题已成为造纸界人士急需突破的难题。打浆酶过去主要用于降低磨浆能耗,技术已比较成熟;而今很多生产打浆酶的公司正在研究开发新产品,主要用于提高成纸强度。其中提高成纸强度的针叶木浆复合打浆酶已在太阳纸业国家重点实验室通过验证,上机实验指日可待。
