| 摘 要： | 通过对目前企业电子商务和ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)数据处理的断裂现状分析，提出了解决思路。结合研究课题，较详细地介绍了采用XML(eXtensible Markup Language)和ASP中的ADO(ActiveX Dbta Object)组件实际处理ERP中异质结构和环境下的数据的方法，使不同系统下的数据进行集成，使企业在2种结构模式下实现了真正意义上的ERP与电子商务结合。

| Abstract: | Analysis is made of the data cracking phenomenon existing in the data processing of enterprise e-business and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and solution is proposed. In combination with the research project, the method of using XML (Extensible Markup Language) and ADO (ActiveX Data Object) modular in ASP to process the data in the heterostructure and environment of ERP is described in detail. It can integrate the data from different systems, making the enterprise to realize a combination of ERP with e-business in a true sense under two structural modes. |
