应用PK-900提高航空轮胎抗硫化返原性能

摘    要:研究了抗硫化返原剂1,3-双(柠糠酰亚胺甲基)苯(Perkalink900)在航空轮胎胎面胶、补强层胶中应用。结果表明,PK-900可以明显降低硫化返原现象并改善过硫后胶料的弹性、生热,提高撕裂强度及耐磨性能。其所起的作用是在过硫和作用期间,通过交联补偿机理保持硫化胶的物理机械性能和动态性能。在硫化的初期不影响胶料的物理机械性能及硫化特性,因而不需改变配方及混炼工艺可直接使用。

Abstract:The application of reversion resistance agent 1,3-bis(citraconimidomethyl) benzene (Perkalink 900)to tread compound and reinforced layer compound for aviation were researched.The results showed that the reversion was reduced obviously while the elastic and heat build-up of the compound after overcuring were improved,the tear strength and abrasion resistance were enhanced.The reversion resistance agent maintained the physicals and dynamic porperty of the vulcanizate by compensating the crosslink break during overcure and use.The physicals and cure characteristics of the compound was not effected during the initial stage of the cure,so the formulation and mixing process could be used directly.
