激光熔覆修复铜合金零件的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了铜合金表面激光熔覆修复工艺和熔覆层组织.结果表明,采用优化的激光功率和扫描速度,可在黄铜基体表面熔覆与基体呈冶金结合、无裂纹的锡青铜合金修复涂层;其熔覆层组织具有快速凝固特征,熔覆层从下到上分别为细小胞状晶、粗大树枝晶、细小枝晶和胞状晶组织.

Abstract:The craft and microstructure of laser cladding on copper alloy surface were studied. The result indicated that a non-crack tin bronze coating which has a metallurgy union with the substrate was obtained on the brass substrate by using the optimal laser power and scanning velocity. And the clad coating has a character of rapid solidification structure. The distribution of the structure is fine butcher shape crystal, thick branch crystal , thin branch crystal and butcher shape crystal from the bottom to the top of the cladding coating.
