| Abstract: | The steel wire cleanup spray nozzle is an important part of thin diameter CO 2 welding wire production line with straight line Cu plating by chemical displacement.The functions of steel wire cleanup spray nozzle are introuced.The problems existing in the original spray nozzle are settled.The situation after being improved are analyzed by theory.The surface quality of steel wire is greatly improved after the spray nozzle being improved. |
