高效空气煤气双预热器的研制及应用

摘    要:济钢一小型推钢式加热炉采用空气煤气双预热,显著提高了加热能力,降低了单耗,预热空气平均温度由55℃提高到478℃,热回收效率由2.3%提高到41.9%,1998年1~6月份平均单耗比1997年降低31.2Nm3/t.

Abstract:The air-gas double preheater is applied to pushing type reheating furnace at No. 1 bar rolling plant of Jinan iron and steel group,the heating capability is increased notably,gas consumption per ton of steel is decreased. The average temperature of preheating air is increased from 55 C to 478 C. The thermal recovery ratio is inereased from 2. 3 % to 41. 9 %. The average gas consumption per ton of steel in first half of the year, 1998 is decreased by 31. 2Nm3/t than that in 1997.
