| 摘 要： | 运用多工位冲床的工作原理,以减速马达为传动,设计了1副多工位连续冲压模。对非带料进行连续冲压生产,由于采用了振动料斗和自动卸料机构,使冲压全过程生产自动化,极大地提高了产品生产的安全性和质量稳定性,工效为原来的21倍。

| Abstract: | By taking advantage of the operating principle of multi-position punchpress, a multi-position continuous running punching die was designed with the deceleration motor as driving power. Vibrating hopper and automatic striping mechanism were adopted to continuously punch non-strip material product. The whole process of automatic punching greatly enhances the work security and quality stability, and the work efficiency is increased by twenty times. |
