| 摘 要： | 采用一种简单、实用、可调的喷头盘对洗气塔喷旋式喷头进行了技术改造。介绍了原洗气塔喷头的安装形式和存在的问题;论述了新型喷头盘的设计原则、结构特点和安装调试要点。使用结果表明,新型喷头盘可降低洗气塔阻力,增加产气量,适宜于小塔通过大气量的扩容技术改造。
