大型机电一体化设备电控故障诊断系统设计

摘    要:设计了某大型机电一体化设备电控故障诊断系统。该故障诊断系统能与该大型机电一体化设备快速对接,通过以太网与故障现场适时通信,并能模拟该大型机电一体化设备各检测部分激励信号。故障诊断程序采用模糊推理机制,能把故障快速定位到单板级。

Abstract:A fault diagnosis system of electric control for a large-scale electromechanical incorporate equipment was designed in the article, which could be linked to the equipment rapidly, communicate with fault place by Ethernet, and simulate all kinds of state signal of the tested parts. Fuzzy reasoning was used in the fault diagnosis program. The system can locate fault at a single-board quickly.
