摘    要:介绍了使用CAN现场总线独立控制器SAJ1000和总线收发器PCA82C250及热偶信号调理专用芯片AD595设计智能温度采集模块的方法;该温度采集模块不再需要冷端补偿、调零、电压放大和线性化等繁琐的工作,并可以直接测量热电偶输出的mV级电压信号;经调试,该模块已稳定可靠地用于实验室过程温度的测量中。

Abstract:The method of design of the intelligent temperature sampling device by use of SJA1000, an independent CAN bus controller , and PCA82C250, a CAN bus receiver and transmitter, and AD595, a special conditioning chip particularly for the thermocouple is introduced. A series of tired processes, such as cold end compensation, adjusting to zero, voltage amplifying and llnearization are not necessary any more, and this device can directly measure voltage on mV scale of the thermocouple output. By debugging, the device has been used stably and reliably in process in the laboratory.
