| Abstract: | China is stepping into a rapid urbaniza- tion era which is featured by the development of urban agglomeration. According to the framework of urban agglomeration plan of central Liaoning province, this paper elaborates the theories, contents and plan-ning methodology of urban agglomeration plan under the economic globalization. |
