| 摘 要： | 随着便携计算机的广泛使用,移动无线上网发展迅速,综合便携计算机自身的限制以及无线上网modem的要求,需要开发利用便携计算机的PCMCIA接口进行通信的无线上网modem.本文给出了一种无线上网modem的PCMCIA接口实现方法,介绍了Pc Card协议和Elan公司设计的遵从该协议的接口芯片VPU16551,叙述无线上网modem的PCMCIA接口的硬件和软件设计.

| Abstract: | With the increasingly wide use of portable Personal Computers(PCs), the mobile wireless network services are rapidly developing. Given the limits and demands of the wireless modem, there is a need to design the wireless modem with the portable PC PCMCIA interface. This paper presents a CDMA wireless modem PCMCIA interface design. It first explains the PC card protocols and the PCMCIA interface chip-VPU16551 produced by Elan Digital Systems Ltd, and then discusses the VPU16551s application in the CDMA wireless modem. |
