| 摘 要： | 成品油储备是国家能源安全体系的重要组成部分，关系着一个国家的经济安全和社会稳定。目前我国尚未建立真正意义上的成品油储备。借鉴国外成品油储备管理经验，提出我国建立成品油储备的基本模式。

| Abstract: | Final oil storage is an important part of national energy resources safety system, relating to economical safety and social stability of a country. At present final oil storage of real significance in our country has not been established. We borrowed foreign experience of final oil storage management, presented basic mode to buildfinal oil storage. |
