摘    要:介绍了宝钢特殊钢分公司燃煤锅炉脱硫改造的原理及工艺流程:含有二氧化硫和烟尘的气体在主塔中旋转并与脱硫液充分接触,利用脱硫液中细小水滴去除烟气中的烟尘,利用氢氧化钠吸收烟气中的二氧化硫,从而使烟气得以净化;脱硫液中的氢氧化钠可用氢氧化钙在沉淀池中再生,从而使其在系统中不断循环,这样既可避免管网的堵塞又降低运行成本.监测结果表明:脱硫改造后SLEP-HT型脱硫除尘器的脱硫、除尘效果大幅提高,并且具有良好的社会、环境和经济效益.

Abstract:The principle and technological processes adopted in the revamping project of the desulphurization and dedusting devices of coal-burning boilers in Baosteel Special Steel Branch are introduced. Flue gas containing sulfur dioxide and dust revolves and fully contacts with desulphurization chemicals in the main tower. Dust in the flue gas can be decontaminated by tiny drips in the desulphurization chemical and sulfur dioxide in it can be absorbed by sodalye. The sodalye in the desulphurization chemical can be regenerated by calcium hydroxide in a sedimentation tank. This method can not only prevent the pipeline net from being jammed but reduce the cost as well. The monitoring report shows that the efficiency of the SLEP-HT desulfurization and dedusting device has been improved remarkably with huge social, environmental and economic benefits after the revamping.
