| 摘 要： | 本文综述了在微滤和超滤过程中，膜污染的影响因素，防止膜污染的措施的清洗方法的选择，指出料液粒子或溶质尺寸，膜结构以及膜与溶质间的相互作用都和膜污染程度有关；通过膜孔径，膜材料，膜结构，组件结构，料液温度，流速和压力的控制可以减轻或控制污染。

| Abstract: | The effect of membrane fouling, controlling means and cleaning methods on the membrane performance in the UF and MF is reviewed in this paper. Membrane fouling has a relation to particles of feed solutin, solute size, membrane structure as well as interaction between membrane and solute. The fouling can be diminished by controlling membrane pore size, module structure, flow speed and the temperature of feed solution as well as the pressure. The definition of fouling and characterization of phsyical-chemical parameters of the membrane are also briefed. |
