生物染色剂LG-SFY的合成

摘    要:将苯甲醛与N-乙基-N-苄基苯胺缩合、磺化,再将氧化所得产物转变成钠盐,就可制得生物染色剂亮绿SF(淡黄;简称LG-SFY,I),并得到了合成反应的最佳条件。用紫外-可见吸收光谱、薄层包谱及生物染色试验对(Ⅰ)进行鉴定,其结果与德国Fluka公司同类产品相同。

Abstract:The Light Green SF Yellowish(LG-SFY, I ) as biological stain is prepared by condensing lrenzaldegyde with N - ethyl - N -bennzly I - anili ne. A fier that, it is sulfonated, oxidizedand converted to its odium salt at last. The optimum conditions of the synthesis are provided.The ultraviolet-visible speCtra, thin-- layer chromatograpgy and biological stain teset are usedto identify (I ), and the results show that the properties of (I ) is the same as that of thesample supplied by Fluka cheimcal company(Ger).
