| 摘 要： | 针对板坯连铸机在高拉速条件下铸坯发生的一种异常变形进行分析,结合生产条件和现场情况对引起铸坯异常变形的机理及原因进行论述,并采用有限元方法对变形过程进行仿真验证。通过分析总结加深理论认识,积累了生产实践经验,防止此类铸坯缺陷重复发生。 |

| Abstract: | This article analyzes an abnormal transformation of slab during the casting with high speed.Mechanism of the abnormal transformation of slab was discussed based on manufacturing and site condition.The transformation process simulating was done by finite element method.The process theory understanding and practice experience accumulating is necessary to prevent the same problem. |
