摘    要:通过试验研究添加不同剂量的PRPLASTS对沥青混合料性能影响。结果表明:PRPLASTS抗车辙剂可以显著提高沥青混合料的抗车辙性能,明显改善沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能,对抗水损害性能也有一定的作用。分析得出抗车辙剂改善沥青混合料高温抗车辙性能是机械嵌挤力、纤维/纤维网约束力、胶结力以及吸收沥青中的轻质油分这4方面因素共同作用的结果。结合纤维网约束机理,对其临界用量进行了解释;基于应变能理论,分析了PRPLASTS改善沥青混合料低温抗裂性的作用机理。

Abstract:Through experiments,the results showed that PR PLASTS anti-rutting agent,adding in asphalt mixture,obviously improved the high temperature stability,enhanced the low temperature cracking resistance and slightly reduced moisture susceptibility.And the improvement of asphalt mixture dynamic stability depended on the anti-rut agent's collective function of the wedging force,the fiber/fiber's network restriction,cementation and absorbency oil from asphalt.It was put forward that the usage of anti-rutting agent was among 0.2% to 0.3%,and the reason according to the theory of the fiber's network was explained.Based on strain energy density method, the improvement of the low temperature cracking resistance was analyzed.
