无动力除尘技术在龙山矿的应用

摘    要:昆钢龙山冶金熔剂矿白云石破碎系统采用无动力和微动力除尘工艺对破碎机、圆筒筛、皮带输送机等跌落点进行除尘,投资少、除尘效果好、运行费用低,比传统的布袋除尘工艺节省投资约100余万元,节约运行费用约130万元/a。

Abstract:The dust removal technologies without drive or with micro - power were applied to the crushing system for dolomite ( metallurgical flux) in Longshan Mine of Kunming Iron & Steel Group Co. , Ltd. , which were used to remove dust for crusher, trommel and belt conveyer. The technology was characteristic of less investments, good effect in dust removal and low operating expenses, which can save the investments of more than ¥ 1 000 000 and reduce the running costs of ¥1 300 000 annually compared with the traditional bag process.
