锅炉炉膛振动现象探源

摘    要:电站锅炉投运后可能产生炉本体和风道的振动,严重时影响锅炉正常运行。而燃油和燃气锅炉的炉膛振动常由热声振动所引起。根据热声振动的原理和应用稳定性曲线判别振动的方法,并结合国外解决这类振动问题的实例,对某台300 MW油、气两用电站锅炉的振动现象进行分析计算,从而排除热声振动的可能。

Abstract:It may happen after commissioning that the boiler proper,as well as the air/gas ducts,incurr vibration,seriously affecting the boiler's normal operation.Particularly,furnace vibration of oil fired or oil/gas fired boilers may be excited by thermo-acoustic oscillations.According to the theory of thermo-acoustic oscillation,applying the method of discriminating vibration by stability curves and simultaneously taking reference to actual examples of solutions of vibration problems of the kind in question in oversea countries,the vibration of a certain 300 MW oil/gas firing power plant boiler has been check-calculated,and the possibility of "thermo-acoustic excited vibration" excluded.
