铝合金车身框架制造中的热加工新技术

摘    要:在分析铝合金空间框架结构的发展背景和应用前景的基础上,论述了铝合金空间框架结构制造中的几种新技术:内高压成形技术、触变铸造技术及激光焊接技术。着重介绍了这些新技术的原理、工艺特点及其在汽车工业中的应用现状。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of growing background and application foreground of the aluminum alloys space frame of car bodies, some new technologies for manufacture of space frame of aluminum alloys car bodies such as hydroforming, thixo casting and laser welding were discussed, and emphasizes to discuss the making process, characteristic and current application in automobile industry of these technologies.
