摘    要:结合某电站排洪沟挡潮闸的预制打入桩工程桩的检测实例,对于预制打入桩进行了低应变,高应变试验和静载试验,三种试验方法的检测结果能够相互验证,结果一致。并利用高应变测试设备对新桩进行了处理,在处理过程中用高应变法实行监测,可有效地避免盲目锤击,确保达到预期的处理目标,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Based on the test of pre cast piles in a nuclear power station project, we made some researches on results measured by Low Strain method, High Strain method and Load Test method about break defect. The results are conformable. We make use of test equipment of High Strain testing to close the break defect of piles, and monitoring the closing effect of break defect in driving. The monitoring can effectively avoid striking blindly and ensure the disposal to reach expectant effect.
