| 摘 要： | 输变电资产全寿命周期管理是电网企业实现综合管理、提高经营效益的全新要求,其中输变电资产的运维管理被视为全寿命周期管理的核心环节.针对目前采用的运维管理模式存在信息分散和柔性能力有限等问题,将设备集成维护理念引入输变电资产运维管理中,建立了输变电资产集成运维管理的概念模型,构建了其管理流程框架,并介绍了此种管理模式体现的集成特征与思想.
