氯化铁催化合成苹果酯的研究

摘    要:本文报道了以三氯化铁为催化剂,由乙酰乙酸乙酯与乙二醇反应合成苹果酯的研究,同时研究了催化剂用量、原料配比和反应时间对酯化反应的影响。结果表明:当原料配比为1:1.3,催化剂用量为1.0g,反应时间3.5h时,产物收率可达96%。

Abstract:Fructone has been synthesized by the esterification of ethyl acetoacetate with ethylene glycol,using ferric chloride as acatalyst.At the same time, The effects of amount of the ferric chloride, reaction time and mola ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to glycol alcohol on the esterification have been studied.The experimental results show that the amount of the catalystis 1.0g,the reaction time 3.5h, and the yield of the product 96%.
