| 摘 要： | 矿区总体规划是一项复杂的系统工程，对矿区资源利用、环境保护、社会发展等方面要综合考虑。文中对矿区总体规划的意义、原则、步骤、内容等问题进行了分析，提出了一套制定矿区规划的具体方法，对矿区规划有指导意义。

| Abstract: | The overall plan for the mining area is a complex system engineering.And the resources utilization,environmental protection and social development of the mining area should be considered comprehensively.The significance,principle,procedure and content of overall plan for the mining area are analyzed.A set of concrete methods for the mining area plan making is raised,which has guiding significance for the mining area plan. |
