| 摘 要： | 旅游心理学是高职院校旅游专业的基础性课程,理论性强并兼顾实际运用,课程的主要作用就是帮助学生了解旅游者心理,提高服务水平,但一般的传统教学方法,收效甚微,教师如果能够选择合适的案例进行案例教学则会取得不错的教学效果.根据旅游心理学课程的特点,讲述了案例教学在旅游心理学教学中的实施步骤及注意问题.

| Abstract: | Tourist psychology is the foundational course for tourism majors in higher vocational colleges. It is both theoretical and practical. The key function of this course is to help students understand the tourist psychology, and thus improve the service. However, the traditional teaching method is not very effective in achieving this. A good choice of appropriate cases in teaching will bring an ideal effect. According to the characteristics of the course of tourist psychology, the paper discusses the steps and issues in case teaching in tourist psychology. |
