| 摘 要： | 汽车覆盖件大都采用薄板冲压而成,在钣金冲压过程中经常会出现开裂、减薄、起皱等缺陷,以CN100enjoy门内板为例,详细分析了产生这些缺陷的原因及影响因素,最后提出了一些解决冲压成型缺陷的措施。
