Approaches to Stimulate Students' Interest in Courses of Cuisine

Cooking is both an art and a skill,and the students of cuisine are required to be enthusiastic of and persistent in long-term repetitive practice to achieve proficiency. The first priority for a cuisine teacher is to stimulate the students' interest so that they will be active learners. This paper proposes six methods in this respect based on experience and practice.
