我国混凝土结构用钢筋的现状及发展

摘    要:我国混凝土结构用钢筋品种繁多,主要分为热轧钢筋、中高强钢丝钢绞线和冷加工钢筋三类。根据混凝土结构对钢筋性能的各种要求,包括强度、延性(伸长率)、规格、锚固性能、疲劳强度、耐久性及加工性能等方面,分析对比了这三类钢筋的适应性。同时介绍了国际上混凝土用钢筋产品的发展趋势。本文提出了推广高强热轧钢筋,普及中高强钢丝钢绞线,限制淘汰冷加工钢筋的看法,还对增加钢筋规格与优化钢筋外形提出了建议。

Abstract:The main reinforcing steel used in concrete structure in China can be classified into three categories, namely hotrolled bars, medium high-sbength wires and studs, as well as cold-worked ho. Based upon the requirements of concrete structures for reinforcements such as shength, ductility (percentage elongation), size, bond property, fatigue strength, durability and processing behaviour, etc., the adaptability of these for category reinforcements have been analyzed and compared. The international development trend of manufacture of reinforcements are introduced. The views on popularization of high-strength bare, spreading of medium high-strength wires and strands, and restriction or elimination of cold-worked bare are presented. The proposals of increasing the sizes of bare and optimizing the outward appearance of ho and wires are made.
