摘    要:以自由基聚合方法制备出阳离子型羟基丙烯酸树脂,以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-100)和丁酮肟(MEKO)合成出半封端型TDI,然后将这两种产物混合反应,制备出一系列水分散型半封端TDI接枝丙烯酸树脂乳液。乳液成膜后,在高温下解封的NCO官能团,与丙烯酸树脂上的羟基反应得到异氰酸酯交联丙烯酸树脂膜。结果表明,随着交联度的提高,交联丙烯酸树脂的玻璃化温度Tg和材料的凝胶含量增加,材料的拉伸强度、硬度、耐腐蚀性也均增加。

Abstract:Cationic type hydric-acrylic resin was synthesized by free radical copolymerization, and the semi-blocked TDI was synthesized by TDI-100 and MEKO. A series of TDI grafting acrylate emulsion was prepared from these two products. Isocyanate cross-linking cationic acrylic resin film was carried out by the reaction of NCO group with hydroxyl group of the hydric-acrylic resin at high temperature. The results showed that with the increase of the crosslinked density, the Tg and gel-content increased gradually. The tensile strength, hardness, corrosion resistance were also increased too.
